What We Remodel

Full-scope remodeling for Colorado homes — demolition through finish, with kitchens and built-ins as part of the job, not a separate trade.

01 / 04

Kitchen Remodel

Layout changes, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and finishes — one contractor from tear-out to the last drawer pull.

02 / 04

Bathroom Remodel

Vanities, tile, fixtures, and storage built around how the room is actually used — not a catalog layout dropped in.

03 / 04

Whole-Home Remodel

Interior renovations that span multiple rooms — consistent details, phased scheduling, and one point of contact start to finish.

04 / 04

Finish Carpentry & Built-Ins

Custom cabinetry, wet bars, bookcases, trim, and millwork that ties the remodel together room to room.

Shop notes

Every remodel starts with measured field dimensions and a clear scope — not catalog layouts resized to fit your walls.

Cut List

From Layout to Install

A numbered sequence — the same way we'd write it on the shop whiteboard before any lumber gets cut.

  1. Site Measure & Sketch

We visit your space, capture exact dimensions, note out-of-level conditions, and discuss how you use the room day to day.

  2. Shop Drawings & Material Selection

You review door styles, wood species, hardware, and finish samples. We produce drawings you can mark up before anything is built.

  3. Bench Build & Dry Fit

Cabinets are assembled in the shop, doors are fitted, and critical assemblies are test-fit against the drawing — not against hope.

  4. Finish & Hardware

Finish is applied in controlled conditions. Hinges, slides, and pulls are installed and adjusted before the units leave the shop.

  5. Delivery & Set

We deliver, set cabinets, scribe to walls and floors, and leave with drawers running smooth and doors meeting evenly.

Reveal consistency

Uniform gaps between doors and drawers — checked with feeler gauges, not eyeball.

Grain continuity

Drawer fronts and door panels sequenced from the same board when the species allows.

Scribed fit

Every base unit cut to the floor contour so there's no visible shoe molding hiding a gap.

The Contractor Behind the Work

Johnny is a general contractor who remodels homes across the Brighton and Denver metro — kitchens, bathrooms, and full interior renovations under one roof.

Custom kitchens and built-in cabinetry are part of that work, not the whole story. Every project starts with a site walk, a tape measure, and a clear plan — then demo, build, and finish with the same standard from the first wall opened to the final walkthrough.
